Confetti Balloons
Its simple to create, use clear balloons and use a funnel or make one with paper to add in any confetti you would like. Fill them with air or helium, hang them and burst them with confetti when the clock strikes 12.

Balloon Drop
Nothing is fun than a whole lot of balloons dropping in at the strike of midnight. Get a balloon net and lots of balloons. Air fill them and hang them in the net from the ceiling.
